12" Cuisine Massive / Nogent style stainless chef with aluminum ferrule and walnut handle. 

Knife is unused but has a scuff on the ferrule, a crack in the handle and a slight bow in the heel of the blade. 

A classic example of a post war Thiers stainless chef knife. In Thiers, they don't like to call these 'Nogent' style as Nogent was a rival town to Thiers.
